Grant established GRM & Associates in 2018 after leading a global risk culture centre of expertise for Deloitte. For more than 20 years he has advised Boards and executive teams on how organisational culture influences strategy execution and performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, particularly in highly regulated and licensed sectors.

We have led independent culture reviews and remediation work arising from regulatory action, court enforceable undertakings, commissions of inquiry, material incidents and major transformation. Our experience spans financial services, insurance, licensed gaming, government and global industrial organisations, with a focus on identifying cultural, structural, and leadership drivers and translating findings into practical governance and management action.
